This grave incident highlights the precarious living conditions of the Rohingya community in Myanmar, where fresh war crimes are continually perpetrated by the Tatmadaw with ‘genocidal intent’, as has been recognized by the United Nations. We urge the United Nations and international community to take urgent action to address the grave human rights violations continually suffered by the Rohingya and other ethnic minorities in Myanmar at the hands of the Tatmadaw
