A Rohingya father in India is trying to forget the unimaginable past and wants to lead a peaceful life in India under protection of UN and government of India. He said, “My parent could not effort to send us to school. Our generation was totally lost as our government denied to protect us from atrocities in Myanmar. We neither protect ourselves nor others. We could manage to come here escaping mass atrocities.

We are alliterated and use for nothing but it is our turn to build our children’s education or future. We can’t make them alliterated and useless. Please help us send our children for school.” Since August 25, Myanmar Security Forces have been carrying out a campaign of ethnic ethnic cleansing against Rohingya minority in Rakhine State, Myanmar.

Nearly one million fled to neighboring countries including India to escape killings, arson, and mass atrocities.

The Rohingya, effectively denied citizenship under Burmese Citizenship Law, have faced decades of repression and discrimination and are made one of largest stateless population in the world. About 14,000 remain internally displaced camps inside Myanmar from waves of violence in 2012 and 2016, in dire humanitarian conditions.
